    If you have to rent through Wiseberry Enmore, you'd want to know your rights under the NSW Tenancy Act 2010.

    I've generally had a very bad experience as a Renter with Wiseberry.

    Repairs have taken 6 months, emails have go unanswered and it's clear they act under the owners best interest instead of acting without bias.

    That being said, ever since I've made a complain to them, they've responded quite quickly and professionally towards me.

    I know as a renter you have virtually no say on who the realestate agent is, so just be careful with these guys. Be prepaired to send numerous emails to get a response.
